Ideal for storing wine and juice for everyday use. The flexible bag ensures that no air reaches the contents during dispensing. This means there is no oxidation when you pour, and the contents keep for several weeks after opening, provided they are stored somewhere fairly cool.

The bags can be filled at high temperatures (up to 80 °C), so you can fill them straight from the pasteuriser. This means the bags can be used for long-term storage of apple juice. With good kitchen hygiene, there is no risk of the juice fermenting.

All bag-in-box bags are filled using an ordinary funnel (see, for example, the stainless steel funnel, item number 3016e), after which the plastic stopper/tap is pressed in with light pressure. No tools are needed for this. The stopper/tap can be removed again later with a firm tug.

After use, the bags can be rinsed and reused many times. During periods when you are not using bags that have already been used once or more, you can keep them in the freezer until you need them again. Before reuse, they should be cleaned with a disinfecting cleaner, for example ChemiPro Oxi, item number 3018.
