Small professional bottle filling machine that fills bottles under vacuum directly from the demijohn or container, thereby reducing oxidation of the wine during bottling.

Can also be used for must, juice, vinegar and other similar liquids. For liquids with an alcohol content of more than 20% or that are oily, item no. 3222a or one of the larger machines with several filling heads developed for bottling these must be used.

It starts automatically when the bottle is pressed against the filling unit and stops when the bottle is filled to the desired level, as the device has an adjustable filling setting. Both the filling volume and the height of the bottle can be adjusted.

Perfect for the smaller vineyard, farm shop and the like.

Can also be used for filling cider and beer by replacing the filling head with the special head intended for bottling beer, see item no. 3434. Any surplus liquid from the filling, caused by foam or air bubbles, is automatically directed into the container at the back of the device. This can subsequently be bottled. Therefore nothing goes to waste during bottling.

The container you fill from should preferably stand at the same level as the machine, as placing it too low will result in the vacuum function having to work harder to fill the bottles, and they may not be filled all the way to the set level.

Up to 180-200 wine bottles per hour can be filled with this machine.

Very easy to take apart and clean with hot water.

A product that has been on the market for more than 20 years.

Suitable for bottles with an inner neck diameter of 16-28 mm and a height of 25 to 33 cm. If the bottles are lower than 25 cm, you can make a base of wood or similar for the bottles to stand on. The height between 25 and 33 mm is easily adjusted by setting the filling arm.
Note: For bottling in bottles with an inner neck diameter of more than 28 mm, a special funnel that fits onto the device can be purchased. See item no. 3229.

A 200 cm suction hose is included. Extra hose can be purchased. See item no. 4304b.

Note: The device cannot be used for filling soft PET plastic bottles and the like. For bottling in such bottles, see item nos. 3589 and 3590. However, the device can be used for hard HDPE plastic bottles. Feel free to ask us for more details about this.
