For brew-in-a-bag (BIAB) brewing, we recommend using a false bottom so the brew bag doesn't come into direct contact with the heating element. The thermostat can be set from 30 °C to 100 °C, making it easy to control the temperature when brewing, pasteurising and preserving. With a choice of 700 W or 1800 W, you can adjust the power to suit the contents and your needs. Practical and functional design The tap makes it easy to drain the kettle or fill bottles directly after pasteurisation, and the appliance has built-in boil-dry protection.
