Efficient electric cream separation of fresh milk
This electric centrifuge from Milky is a reliable and efficient solution for cream separation of fresh milk. It is suited to smallholders and home producers with cows, goats or sheep who want high capacity and consistent results.

Longlife model with brushless motor
The centrifuge is a Longlife model with a brushless motor design. Under correct operating conditions it can separate milk for up to approx. 2000 operating hours without the need to replace spare parts, giving a long service life and low maintenance.

Adjustable cream thickness and high fat content
You can adjust the centrifuge so the fat content of the cream varies as required. From milk with approx. 4 % fat, cream with a fat content of approx. 23–40 % can be produced. This also makes it possible to produce the English double cream – extra-thick cream for desserts and serving.

Optimal performance at the correct temperature
The centrifuge performs best at milk temperatures of approx. 30–40 °C. Temperatures up to 50 °C can be used without problems, while lower temperatures reduce the yield of cream.

Stainless steel where the milk is in contact
The filling bowl and all parts that come into contact with the milk are made of stainless steel (AISI 304). This ensures high hygiene, easy cleaning and long durability.

Quiet and practical in use
The centrifuge has a very quiet motor, rubber feet for stable operation and the option of table mounting. Filling can be done manually or via a pump from a milk tank.
