These ingenious herb scissors with 5 razor-sharp blades can cut the herbs quickly and evenly without crushing them. The result is perfect, uniform pieces in which the structure of the herbs remains intact. They can also be used when you need to cut pancetta or bacon into small pieces in a hurry.

A customer has also given us the tip that the scissors are phenomenal for chopping almonds and making almond slivers. It is much faster than slicing them with a small knife - the slivers came out a suitable size - cut across! If you need almond slivers for mulled wine, for example, simply turn the almond lengthways so the slivers come out a little longer!
