Description
A specially developed hazelnut cracker for people with a slightly larger hazel grove, or anyone who simply wants to get through cracking the year's harvest quickly. If the birds and squirrels haven't gathered all the hazelnuts before you do, this hazelnut cracker is really effective for cracking the year's harvest.
This is a specialist tool made of quality materials that is not mass-produced on a large scale. Unfortunately, this affects the price.
Made in Italy.
Very easy to operate.
Mounts on a worktop with the 2 table clamps supplied.
We recommend only cracking hazelnuts of roughly the same size in each batch.
Test the cracker with a few hazelnuts and adjust it to the size of the nuts as you go. Once the right setting has been found, lock it with the locking ring and then just crack away.
Smaller nuts that were not cracked in the first round can be cracked in the next round after adjusting the cracker for smaller nuts.
The nuts are then sorted from the shells by hand.
Materials: aluminium, steel and brass, wooden handle.
Weight: 4.2 kg
Height: 32 cm
Width: 8 cm
