Complete muster set for apples, must and cider This muster set consists of an 80 liter water pressure press and an electric fruit grinder, which together provide an efficient solution for producing must, cider and fruit juice. The fruit is first crushed in the grinder and then pressed in the water pressure press, ensuring a high yield and an efficient process. 80 liter high yield water pressure press The press works solely by means of water pressure via an internal membrane, which presses the fruit pulp evenly along the entire length of the press. The method gives a high yield when pressing apples, grapes and other fruits and does not require manual force during the work. Efficient fruit grinder for larger quantities The electric fruit grinder grinds the fruit more finely than traditional hand-operated mills. This results in a more uniform fruit pulp and an increased juice yield of up to approx. 70–75% of the fruit weight. The finer fruit pulp means that pressing must take place in a press bag, which is included in the set. The capacity is up to approx. 800 kg of fruit per hour, depending on the raw material and use. Materials and construction The press is made of aluminum and stainless steel. The fruit grinder is made of stainless steel and is easy to clean after use. Both parts are produced in Italy by a manufacturer with many years of experience in equipment for wine, must and oil production.
