Control pressure and flow during filtering
This regulator with a pressure gauge is used together with plate filtration units, allowing you to regulate the flow rate while keeping an eye on the pressure in the system.

The pressure gauge continuously shows the pressure during filtering. With clean filters, the pressure will be low, and it rises as the filters become clogged. When the pressure reaches approx. 2.3–2.5 bar, it is time to replace the filters. This makes it possible to monitor the condition of the filters without stopping the process to check them manually.

At the same time, the regulator makes it possible to adjust the flow, which is useful for both filtering and bottling, where a steady flow is important.

Fitting
Fitted between the pump and the hose that leads the liquid into the plate filtration unit.
