How to measure what size rubber ring fits your glasses
The measurements given are the outer and inner diameters of the rings.
Not many sizes of these rubber rings are being produced anymore. We stock all the sizes of rubber rings we have managed to find. Therefore, you sometimes have to compromise on size.
When it comes to rubber rings for old preserving jars where the ring lies on top of the glass, such as the old Kastrup preserving jars or similar, the most important thing is to achieve as much contact surface between the glass, ring and lid as possible.
If it is a question of rings for patent lids, a ring with a smaller inner diameter can in most cases fit the lid well as the rings can be expanded a few millimeters.
In case you have difficulty visualizing the measurements of the rings or measuring on top of a glass, it is useful to draw circles on a sheet of paper with the individual options based on the measurements of the rings and try turning one of the glasses you want a ring for upside down and holding it over the circles you have drawn to find the size of rubber ring that fits best.
Approved for contact with food.
Packed with 10 rings in each package.
Thickness: 2.75 mm
