Description
Old-fashioned sealing wax. Can be used to seal bottles, envelopes, the children's treasure maps and much more.
Instructions for use: Heat the desired amount of wax in a water bath, dip the bottle neck into the wax and then let it dry. Gives the wine bottles an exclusive look.
This wax melts at around 70 degrees and is therefore easy to use, unlike certain other types of wax that must be heated to 200 degrees in an oil bath in order to melt.
If larger portions of this wax are to be heated, you may consider using an oil bath instead of a water bath, as water has to reach a higher temperature to heat the entire mass, but it is by no means a necessity. It simply needs to stand for somewhat longer in order to melt.
