Recipe
Dough
25 g yeast
½ tbsp sugar
1 egg
½ tsp cardamom
75 g margarine, lightly melted
100 g flour, or as needed.

Filling
50 g margarine
50 g sugar
Cardamom, apples, raisins and candied peel to taste
Knead the dough, roll it out straight away and place it in the mould. Use the remaining dough to decorate the top of the filling as you like. Brush with egg and decorate with chopped nuts or almonds. Leave to rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 180–200 °C until golden brown.
