Vacuum bottle filler for beer, Enolmaster, 2 filling heads

Professional vacuum filling system that fills bottles under vacuum directly from the storage container, thereby reducing oxidation of the liquid during bottling. Can be used for all types of beer that undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle. Note that it CANNOT be used for beer to which carbonation has been added. This device has nozzles that are approximately 3 cm shorter than the one on the standard Enolmaster vacuum filling system (item no. 3235). This reduces foaming during bottling and at the same time allows you to fill further up the neck of the bottle. It starts automatically when the bottle is pressed against the filling unit and stops when the bottle is filled to the desired level, as the device has an adjustable filling setting. Both the filling volume and the height of the bottle can be adjusted. Perfect for the smaller beer brewer or brewery. Any surplus liquid from the filling, caused by foam or air bubbles, is automatically directed into the container at the back of the device. This can subsequently be bottled. Therefore nothing goes to waste during bottling. The container you fill from should preferably stand at the same level as the machine, as placing it too low will result in the vacuum function having to work harder to fill the bottles, and they may not be filled all the way to the set level. Up to approximately 300 bottles (0.75 l) per hour can be filled with this machine. The number of bottles that can be filled per hour with other bottle sizes will depend on the size of the bottles and the person doing the bottling.
