Vacuum bottle filler for mini bottles with oil, Enolmaster, 2 filling heads

Professional vacuum bottle filler that fills bottles under vacuum directly from the storage container, thereby reducing oxidation of the liquid during bottling. Can be used for oil-based products. It starts automatically when the bottle is pressed against the filling unit and stops when the bottle is filled to the desired level, as the device has an adjustable filling setting. Both the filling volume and the bottle height can be adjusted. It can fill bottles with an inner neck diameter from min. 8 to max. 22 mm. It can be adapted to the height of the bottles by adjusting the base on which the bottles are placed. Any excess liquid from the filling, caused by foam or air bubbles, is automatically channelled into the container at the back of the device. This can subsequently be bottled. Nothing is therefore wasted during bottling. The container you fill from should preferably stand at the same level as the machine, as positioning it too low will result in the vacuum function having to work harder to fill the bottles, and they may not be filled all the way to the set level. Up to approximately 250-350 bottles per hour can be filled with this machine, depending on the bottle size and the person operating the unit.
