Professional vacuum filling system that fills bottles under vacuum directly from the storage container, thereby reducing oxidation of the liquid during bottling. Can be used for liquids with an alcohol content of more than 20% and liquids with a temperature of more than 40 °C. Max. temperature tolerance: 90 °C. It starts automatically when the bottle is pressed against the filling unit and stops when the bottle is filled to the desired level, as the device has an adjustable filling setting. Both the filling volume and the height of the bottle can be adjusted. Any surplus liquid from the filling, caused by foam or air bubbles, is automatically directed into the container at the back of the device. This can subsequently be bottled. Therefore nothing goes to waste during bottling. The container you fill from should preferably stand at the same level as the machine, as placing it too low will result in the vacuum function having to work harder to fill the bottles, and they may not be filled all the way to the set level. Suitable for bottles with an inner neck diameter of 16-28 mm and a height of 25 to 33 cm. If the bottles are lower than 25 cm, you can make a base of wood or similar for the bottles to stand on. The height between 25 and 33 cm is easily adjusted by setting the filling arm. A 200 cm suction hose that is approved for spirits and liquids over 40° C is included. Extra hose can be purchased.
