Vinoferm, Zymex Aroma enzyme, 100 g

Vinoferm Zymex Aroma Enzym A multi-active enzyme (pectinase, arabinase and beta-glucosidase) in powder form. Addition of this enzyme creates more aromatic wines, as the enzymes promote the release of the aromas bound to the natural sugars from the fruit in the wine. Can in certain cases reduce the color clarity of the wine. Dosage: 4-8 g/10 liters of must or wine. The stated amount is at room temperature (20°C) with a contact time with the must of 12 hours. If the temperature in the room is lower than 20°C, the dosage is doubled for every 7°C drop in temperature. At the same time, halving the contact time can also be achieved by doubling the dosage. Store in a refrigerator. Weight: 25 gr Instructions: The order in which the ingredients are added is extremely important: - The enzyme must not be added before the fermentation is complete. - Dissolve the product in a small amount of water before adding. - A minimum of 12 hours must elapse between the addition of enzyme and possible clarification with bentonite or 'Klarvit', as clarification will not be optimal if the enzymes are still active. NOTE: Not to be confused with item number 3290. This product has a completely different effect even though the names on the labels are similar.
