Demijohn / bulk fermentation vat in stainless steel with airlock, 25 litres

Height: 320 mm. Diameter: 310 mm. Volume: 15 litres.

Made of approx. 1 mm thick Inox 18/10 stainless steel – one of the best grades of stainless steel.

Fitted with a practical rim of approx. 1 cm at the base to hold when turning the tank over, and a rubber seal at the lid that makes the tank hermetically sealed. A separate stopper for the tap hole is included in case you don't want to use the tap.

The opening of the tank is 19.8 cm in diameter.

If you want to use the tank for storage instead, the airlock grommet can be removed and replaced with a tapered cork. See item number 3187.

This product is made in Italy by a company that has been making specialist equipment for the wine, juice and olive oil industries for decades.

Please note: Not suitable for liquids containing more than 20% alcohol.
