Instructions are also included to help you get started with the fermentation. Pottery with salt glaze The jar is made of clay with salt glaze and has a classic and robust look. Additional accessories If finely chopped vegetables have difficulty staying in the sheet, a net can be used under the pressure stones (see item number 7014).
